General Program
The general program comprises six weekly sessions of 2.5 hours each:

- Introduction to action planning

- Dealing with difficult emotions
- Introduction to exercises

Session 3
- Better breathing
- Muscle relaxation
- Fatigue management
- Endurance exercise
- Action planning
Session 4
- Healthy eating
- Distraction
- Advanced directives
- Communication skills
- Problem solving
- Action planning
Session 5
- Action planning
- Use of medication
- Making informed treatment decisions
- Depression management
- Positive self-talk
- Guided imagery
Session 6
- Informing the health care team
- Working with your health care professionals
- Looking back and future planning
Fee
$50 for six sessions per person.
