Chronic Disease Self-Management Program
Leaders' Training Program
The leaders’ training program is a four-day program that aims to build up participants' group leading skills and their understanding of the self-management concept.
Participants who have successfully completed the training program will be assigned to be volunteer leaders of the Stanford CDSMP programs. Participants need to commit to running one group in the year after training.
Lay persons, people with chronic health conditions and caregivers are welcome to take the leaders’ training program.
