Volunteer and Make a Difference
Volunteers play an important role in making Yee Hong a world leader in health care. They contribute actively in all
aspects of the organization and help us provide exemplary services to seniors from the healthy to the very frail.
Annually, Yee Hong’s dedicated volunteers contribute more than 106,000 hours, which is equivalent to 54 full-time staff.
Our volunteers come from different age groups and ethnic backgrounds. We provide orientation and ongoing training for
all new volunteers. Volunteering contributions are recognized in our annual Volunteer Recognition Week and social activities
are organized to enhance team spirit and promote staff-volunteer relationship.
