Come and celebrate wellness with us this Spring! Join our annual Spring Into Wellness campaign – a series of fun and exciting activities to promote wellness and raise funds to support our services for seniors.

These activities will span two weekends with many festivities to enjoy. The event will begin at the Yee Hong Centre–Mississauga on June 7 & 8 and the fun continues the following weekend at the Yee Hong Centre–Scarborough Finch on June 14.

Wellness is for everyone! At Yee Hong, we care about living life to the fullest no matter what age, no matter where you live. We encourage our seniors and the whole community to focus on good health – the physical, mental, spiritual and emotional aspects – by creating and engaging in wellness activities. These activities will become good habits which will continue throughout the year…helping all participants onto the path of wellness!
