在2026年4月，頤康中心（Yee Hong Centre for Geriatric Care）榮獲加拿大認證機構（Accreditation Canada）2026至2030年度「卓越認證」（Exemplary Standing），達成24項組織必備實踐（Required Organizational Practices）百分之百完成率，以及八項全國Qmentum標準下470多項評核準則中99%的達標率。本次認證成果涵蓋所有四間長期護理院舍及社區與專業服務。「卓越認證」是加拿大認證機構所頒授的最高榮譽，彰顯機構追求卓越與高品質、以人為本的護理服務的承諾。

頤康自1994年起獲得加拿大認證機構認證，自2012年以來一直保持「卓越認證」的殊榮。

2020年 11 月，頤康中心被 Waterstone Human Capital 公司評為『加拿大最受尊敬的企業文化獎』的獲獎機構之一。 此國家計劃每年都會評選出加拿大各類別機構中有卓越企業文化的機構。頤康中心是加拿大全國『泛公共部門』類別中的十個獲獎機構之一。
