Lily Chen is a seasoned finance and operations executive with over 25 years of global experience as the Chief Financial and Operating Officer at the Ontario Medical Association, where she leads finance, technology, operational excellence, enterprise risk management, and OMA Insurance.

Prior to her work at the OMA, Lily held senior executive roles, including Divisional CFO and CAO at Berkshire Hathaway Group and Group CFO at BF&M. Her extensive career also features key leadership positions at Aviva, ING Insurance Asia/Pacific, and Marsh.

A Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA), Lily is recognized for her strategic vision and global expertise in financial management, corporate governance, and risk mitigation.
