Julie Giraldi is a strategic human resources executive and organizational design leader with more than two decades of experience across complex, multi-stakeholder and highly regulated sectors, including pensions, health care, and transportation. She is known for helping organizations become more resilient, developing strong leaders, and shaping workplace cultures that support excellence and long-term value.

Julie currently serves as Chief Human Resources Officer at the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (FSRA), where she leads people and culture strategies that support regulatory modernization, organizational effectiveness, and FSRA’s mandate to protect consumers and strengthen public trust in Ontario’s financial services sectors.

Previously, as Chief Human Resources Officer at CAAT Pension Plan, Julie led the transformation of CAAT’s people systems during a period of rapid growth, scaling the workforce by more than 500% while strengthening engagement, leadership capability, and culture. She has also held senior roles at OMERS, the Ontario Hospital Association, eHealth Ontario, and the Toronto Transit Commission.

Julie currently serves on the Board of Directors of Yee Hong Centre for Geriatric Care. Her governance experience also includes board and committee roles with Diabetes Canada, National Diabetes Trust, and the Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan (HOOPP). She is a University of Toronto graduate, a Certified Human Resources Executive (CHRE), and holds the ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors.
