Roger Ma 

Roger Ma is a senior healthcare executive with deep expertise in hospital pharmacy, home and community care, and health system transformation. He currently serves as Director of Pharmacy at a mid-sized acute care hospital, where he leads clinical operations, workforce strategy, and integrated service delivery across inpatient and transitional care environments. In this role, he has championed innovations such as AI-enabled reporting tools, antimicrobial stewardship advancement, and virtual care pathways to improve access, safety, and coordination of care.

Previously, Roger served as Director of Client Care, Decision Support, and Information Technology, where he oversaw interdisciplinary teams spanning clinical services, health analytics, and digital infrastructure. His leadership supported the successful implementation of mobile public health programs, home dialysis expansions, and geriatric outreach models that extended care into the community.

Roger contributes to governance and advisory roles with a focus on system integration, funding optimization, and the evolving leadership role of pharmacy in modern healthcare. He brings a track record of executing complex initiatives with clinical precision, operational discipline, and a deep commitment to equitable, patient-centered care.

He holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Toronto.
