Increase awareness of available programs at the Alzheimer Society including counseling, support groups, care navigation, and Active Living programs for those with dementia and their care partners. – Understand the types of in-person and online education sessions available for various target audiences
– Increase awareness of the resources available to prevent a dementia-related missing incidence through the Finding Your Way Program
– Discern the benefits that personalized music may have for people with dementia and their care partners through the Music and Memory Project
– Learn how to make a referral to the Alzheimer Society through the First Link Program (for                                                                        health  care professionals)
