This interactive, experiential volunteer training will invite participants to explore their own beliefs, feelings, and reactions toward death and loss. Through engaging activities, volunteers will deepen their understanding of the grieving process and learn how to listen with empathy, respond compassionately to emotions, and offer meaningful support to caregivers experiencing grief and loss.

Together, we can learn to become compassionate companions on the journey through grief, offering comfort, connection, and support so that no caregiver has to feel alone in their grief.
