“The CARE for Caregivers Project” is a professional advice and training program to support external agencies or organizations. Yee Hong will share its Caregiver Education and Support Services Model (which includes Knowledge, Practical Skills and Wellness domains) to provide a platform for the exchange of knowledge, skills and experiences as well as a window of possible collaborations between professional caregivers at local and national level.
Throughout the month of March, in collaboration with various partnering organizations, the Yee Hong Centre will be presenting a series of virtual mental health and wellness leadership training workshops for health service providers.

It can be difficult for seniors and individuals living with a disability or low income to purchase groceries during a pandemic, especially with the cold weather that we’re now experiencing.
Through Yee Hong’s volunteer-based grocery delivery service, individuals living in Scarborough and Mississauga have the option of ordering one or more of the preset grocery packages each week and have the groceries delivered to their homes by one of our volunteers.
